1. Organizer

This giveaway challenge ("Challenge") is organized by Flexion Mobile Plc ("Organizer").

2. Giveaway Period

The Challenge will run from August 17th, 2024, to August 23rd, 2024. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

To participate, entrants must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be new Amazon and Evony account holders. Accounts are considered new if they were created after August 6th, 2024.
• Complete the introduction of Evony the King's Return and obtain a profile ID.
• Share a screenshot of their profile ID via email to danandphil@audiencly.com with the subject line "EVONY x DAP - FIRST GIVEAWAY."
• Only new players are eligible, and each participant’s information will be verified.

There are no geographic restrictions for this Challenge.

4. Entry Requirements

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
• Only one entry per person is allowed.
• Entries that do not meet all the specified requirements will be disqualified.

5. Prizes

• 1st Place: Personal shoutout video (special edition in costumes).
• 2nd Place: Personal shoutout video.
• 3rd Place: Personal shoutout video.
• 4th to 10th Place: Shoutout video.

Winners will be chosen randomly. Winners will be announced via a YouTube community post on the DanAndPhilGAMES channel on the 6th of September 2024 (after the end of the Amazon Coin promotions).

6. Winner Notification and Announcement

• Winners will be notified through a YouTube community post on the DanAndPhilGAMES channel.
• Entries that do not meet all the specified requirements will be disqualified.

7. Liability

• The Organizer is not responsible for any issues arising from the use or enjoyment of the prizes.
• Winners are responsible for paying any taxes or fees that may arise from winning the prizes.

9. Data Collection and Usage

• The personal information collected (Evony profile ID and Amazon account ID) will be used solely for the purpose of this giveaway.

• This Challenge is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
