1. Organizer

This giveaway challenge ("Challenge") is organized by Flexion Mobile Plc ("Organizer").

2. Giveaway Period

The Challenge will run from August 18th, 2024, to September 3rd, 2024. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

To participate, entrants must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be new Amazon and Evony account holders. Accounts are considered new if they were created after August 6th, 2024.
• Download Evony the King's Return directly from the Amazon Store and play the game until you reach 6M Power Level (as minimum).
• Share a screenshot of their profile ID and Power Level achieved via email to evony@audiencly.com with the subject line "Amazon x Evony - SECOND GIVEAWAY"
• Only new players are eligible, and each participant’s information will be verified. Accounts are considered new if they were created after August 6th, 2024.

There are no geographic restrictions for this Challenge.

4. Entry Requirements

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
• Only one entry per person is allowed.
• Entries that do not meet all the specified requirements will be disqualified.

5. Prizes

• 1st Place: 300 EUR Amazon voucher.
• 2nd Place: 200 EUR Amazon voucher.
• 3rd Place: 150 EUR Amazon voucher.
• 4th to 10th Place: 50 EUR Amazon voucher.

Winners will be chosen randomly and prizes will be paid in Amazon vouchers (without exceptions). Winners will be announced via a YouTube community post on the DanAndPhilGAMES channel on the 6th of September 2024 (after the end of the Amazon Coin promotions).

6. Winner Notification and Announcement

• Winners will be notified through a YouTube community post on the DanAndPhilGAMES channel.
• Winners will be publicly announced on the DanAndPhilGAMES YouTube channel and potentially on other platforms, such as Instagram. Winners agree to such public announcements by participating. 

7. Liability

• The Organizer is not responsible for any issues arising from the use or enjoyment of the prizes.
• Winners are responsible for paying any taxes or fees that may arise from winning the prizes.

8. Disclaimer

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube.

9. Data Collection and Usage

• The personal information collected (Evony profile ID and Amazon account ID) will be used solely for the purpose of this giveaway. The data will be deleted once the Give-away has ended and the prizes have been distributed. 
• No personal data will be shared with third parties.
• Participants' data will be handled in compliance with GDPR.

10. Governing Law

• This Challenge is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
• The Challenge complies with the UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA), YouTube's guidelines, and applicable data protection laws.
