    3. if and insofar as you contact us by email, Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, IRELAND, telephone:+353 1 543 1000, email: support-deutschland@google.com, registration number:368047; hereinafter: Google) processes and stores all information provided by you for the establishment, execution and content thereof.     4. we have concluded an agreement on joint responsibility pursuant to Art. 26 GDPR with Flexion Mobile PLC (Unit G5,Harbour Yard, Chelsea Harbour, London SW10 0XD, UNITED KINGDOM; hereinafter:Flexion), under which Audiencly passes on your personal data to Flexion if and to the extent necessary within the framework of the internal distribution of tasks within the Group, in particular if and to the extent that the relevant persons are responsible for decisions that are not in a direct employment relationship with Audiencly.

    Your data will be processed within the European Union and the United Kingdom.

    III. Collection and storage of (personal) Data of your application with our company

    1. in addition to the aforementioned information, we process all information provided by you electronically for the purpose of handling the application process, regardless of your application channel. If you apply by post, we will immediately digitize and (physically) destroy the information you provide. The legal basis for the processing of the information is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a, b GDPR.

    2. if and insofar as you apply via our application portal, we store your personal data via our recruiting software Join. Join (JOIN Solutions GmbH, Schönhauser Allee 36, 10435 Berlin; hereinafter: Join) stores all information provided by you as part of the application process. Join has appointed a data protection officer. This officer can also be contacted via the aforementioned channels.

    3. regardless of your application channel, we store your personal data via our personnel management software BambooHR. BambooHR (Bamboo HR LLC, 42 Future Way, Draper, UT 84020, USA; hereinafter: BambooHR) stores all information provided by you as part of the application process.BambooHR has appointed a data protection officer. This officer can also be contacted via the aforementioned channels.

    4. if we conclude an employment contract with you, we will inform you about the stored data for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in compliance with the statutory provisions.

    5. we have concluded an agreement on joint responsibility pursuant to Art. 26 GDPR with Flexion Mobile PLC (Unit G5,Harbour Yard, Chelsea Harbour, London SW10 0XD, UNITED KINGDOM; hereinafter:Flexion), under which Audiencly will pass on your personal data to Flexion if and to the extent that this is necessary within the framework of the internal distribution of tasks within the Group, in particular if and to the extent that the relevant persons are responsible for decisions that are not in a direct employment relationship with Audiencly.

    IV. Your rights as a data subject on the basis of GDPR

    You have the opportunity according to Art. 15 GDPR to demand information as to your personal data. Especially you have the opportunity to demand information as to

    To securely transfer data between our content manage and your browsing device we are using the SSL-procedure (i.e.: Secure SocketLayer) with the highest possible level of encryption, your browser is operating with.
